Excursion to Eger


Eger is situated in the mountainous region of in the North-East of Hungary, in one of the most scenic parts of the country. The area is rich in traditional and historic sites and natural beauties. During our trip to Eger, you can admire the beautiful old town full of historical monuments. The surroundings are not only famous for their panorama but also for the fiery wines. You will visit the Castle of Eger * the Cathedral * the Minaret * the system of cellars nedar the Cathedral * Dobó Square with the Baroque Minorite Church * Turkish Bath * the Fazola Gate * the Serbian Orthodox Church

The program also includes a wine-tasting at a local cellar and the two-day program is meant with accommodation and full-board.

Excursion to Pécs



Pécs, is the fifth largest city of Hungary, located in the south-west of the country. It is the administrative and economical centre of Baranya county. Excursion to the Danube Bend



A full day tour with coach. The Danube Bend is an almost 20 km long, particularly winding part of the Hungarian section of the Danube. This part of the Danube constituted the limes, the border of the Roman Empire from the beginning of the 1st century AD until the first half of the 5th century AD. The Danube Bend offers a most beautiful natural environment as the river turns south between the Visegrád, Pilis and Börzsöny mountains ranges. Several historical settlements along the Danube in this area offer a rich cultural background to the magnificent natural setting. This area gave residence to the Hungarian kings between the 11th and 15th centuries. Discover Buda by walking



Buda, today the part of Budapest surrounded by hills on the right bank of the Danube, at one time Buda was the royal residence which lay in the Castle District and the hillsides of the Castle area. In short, the Buda side is more peaceful, quieter, greener, more traditionally romantic than the Pest side (which is also romantic but in a more extravagant way). The Buda Castle district offers a great amount of joy. During the walk in the medieval streets beautiful historic monuments and buildings come into view. Buda Castle district itself is also a beautiful place with Mathias Church, Hungarian National Gallery, old, beautiful houses which give the atmosphere and memories of a medieval capital. There is even a labyrinth in Buda Castle area. The Buda Castle is the part of the Budapest World Heritage Site since 1987. The program will be finished on the Fisherman’s Bastion where you can enjoy a fantastic view while having a drink.

All about Hungary through an iPad – for high-tech fans



Budapest as you have never seen before! Solve the secrets of the XVII. century with the help of the technology used in the XXI. century. Discover the mysterious faces of the city, get to know the stories and the secrets of the people once living here… faces, buildings, statues … all have a message, you just have to hear them. The iPad will lead you through sights by sights! To reach the next attraction you should solve different puzzles. On the way coordinators will help you.

Soft rafting – for the active ones



During this tour the highly qualified and experienced guides will show you the famous architectural sights of Budapest – Margaret Island, Parliament, Fisherman’s Bastion, the Buda Castle, the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, the „Vigadó” (Redoute), the Citadel, the bridges, the National Theatre and the Palace of the Arts. Before we set off on the water, there will be a short introduction on how to row the boats, and also safety procedures, as well as a practice training session in the bay. All participants will be given lifejackets and neoprene shoes. Any personal belongings and shoes can be put in waterproof plastic bags, which are taken in the boats. The guides who navigate the boats are experienced in rafting and are fully qualified in water transport regulations, as well as rescuing from the water, and giving first aid.
